Holholia Return Policy
Welcome to Holholiya! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This return policy outlines the conditions under which you may return items purchased from Holholia.
General Return Policy:
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Items Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached and in the original packaging (if applicable).
- Items are non-returnable: We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Electronics: Used or unlocked software, personalized items and special orders and products that have been used.
- Home Goods: Used bedding, furniture, rugs and mattresses and products that have been used.
- Cooking Products: Open food items, personalized cooking utensils and cutlery used and products that have been used.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
By Special Category:
Electronics:
- We accept returns for unused and unused electronics products in the same condition within 7 days of purchase.
- Defective or damaged electronics may be returned (if warranty stated on purchase receipt) or exchanged within 1 year of purchase with proof of purchase.
Home Products:
- Most home products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and unused. (If warranty is stated on purchase receipt)
- Furniture, rugs and mattresses may have specific return windows and restocking fees. See individual product pages for details.
- We cannot accept refunds for used bedding or open personal care items for hygiene reasons.
Kitchen & Cookware Products:
- We cannot accept returns for opened food items due to safety regulations.
- Cookware and cutlery can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and unused and provided the warranty is stated on the purchase receipt.
- Personalized kitchen is non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your purchased product return and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days if within our refund policy. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How to initiate a return:
- Visit our returns portal on Holholia website.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return
- Print the provided return shipping label and pack the items securely.
- Ship the package to the address on the label.
